This is NOT from the late 90s. This is a neocities web on Pale moon browser with Netscape skin while listening to music on Audacious with Winamp classic skin on linux Mint with Win95 preset of Twister UI. A totally functional and up-to-date OS and software.

That oldhammer texture pack is paying off. The intention was to use it in ZDoom, but I got tired of the limitations, so I switched to Blender, if I end up doing something with this, it will probably be in Godot, although I would really like to make something playable in QuestZDoom

I would like to create an entire city with buildings like this, but I don't think it's possible. The sectors are a complete mess, and the dummy sectors needed to do so are unmanageable, I would have to construct each building independently, and that is an effort I am not willing to undertake
