Myself personally I'm not particularly chomping at the bit to have a locked account. I mean, it would be *nice* to have a close friends only space, but not necessary for me. I know the reason they haven't bothered is because it has something to do with the public protocol, but yeah. Would be nice.

I feel like if Bluesky ever finally implemented locked accounts, it would bring the biggest migration of people over here from Twitter. A lot of people I know refuse to use Bluesky until they implement locked accounts. But I wouldn't hold my breath on that. Been here since 2023, still nothing.

I'd love locked accounts/audience controls, edit post option, polls, images in DMs, turning off an individual's reskeets.... I like Bluesky, but honestly, I prefer Mastodon's features and options so much better.

Been getting repeatedly pestered by what I assume are bot accounts on Discord lately. Its roughly one a week and Im getting really sick of it at this point. No mutual friends or server so its making things difficult to tell what’s legit or not

Add app.bsky.graph.rejected containing the handles of removed followers and use that to consolidate the follower list (and count) ? (It would still leave us in the "following" lists of bots and other undesirables, but nobody looks there for similar accounts to follow)
