We made this beer earlier this year, and no, it was not a clever name for a triple IPA. It was a 15% Au Jus beer, made with actual Au Jus from a cookout we did at the brewery.

TIL that the outer crust of a pizza is called the cornicione, and I learned this because I'm on a pizza making journey and want to work on reducing the size of the cornicione and presumed the word "crust" wasn't specific enough.
