reading this article on the friendship that Don Drysdale and Bob Uecker shared, and good lord, this anecdote caught me off guard

In 1993, Drysdale quietly advised a Dodger rookie right-hander that he was tipping his pitches. Drysdale didn’t tell anyone else, only the kid who might need help.
