I have a lot of friends and family in a Canadian border town and they're the least "elbows up" on travel. And it makes sense! They have friends and family on both sides of the border. Tons of them work on the other side. Easier ask to tell people to not go on vacation, harder to say no to family.

Man I think we're reasonably aligned on most issues, especially Trump, but give your head a shake. Unfortunately the entire Internet is built on Google and Amazon.

Does she deserve that credit? I look through her platform and it's be more transparent and a lot about parking. She might be a good candidate and decent odds she'll get my vote but she hasn't earned it yet just because she was a city hall reporter.

Hi Julian - got a question. Trump is incredibly unpopular in Canada and I'd say even more so in Ottawa. The fans only turned on Brady bcuz of his association w/Trump, but nobody in the hky media really wants to say it. Just a nod to "Team USA". It's not 🇺🇸 winning gold, it's Trump! Why is that?

Can't really compare NFL with 8-9 home games with the NHL and 42. Stars definitely feel different though 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for the reply! I've been to Alpharetta and it felt really really far from the city and when I hear about putting a team there I feel that it's a speed run to a team leaving for the third time.

I gotta ask - why is Atlanta different than every other Metro re: building an arena in the suburbs? Completely bucks the trend of teams moving back to the core. Just feels like a Kanata, Glendale situation all over again.

I'd be open to giving it to Vancouver for third overall ++. They get McKenna, leafs still get a good pick and maybe they can steal a willander or Ze'ev.

100% but those are the two biggest population centres in Eastern Ontario, so I'm skeptical that the polling of 45% conservative is accurate.

It's really weird that I grew up like 2 blocks from there. Was that one restaurant that always became something else. It was also - Spys submarine - the Chinese restaurant - then a seafood restaurant called Pacific belle that just closed

Our govt demands it and probably what they need to do regardless of who is in power. Per their FS, ad revenue is down and wouldn't be surprised if your original question isn't answered by that.

I think two things can be true - these players aren't good enough, and you can never win with a 13m Matthews playing like this. As well as berube isn't a good coach. I'd gotta think a deboer would get better results than what we've seen.

I think the box was actually innovative. It opened and closed easily and would've been a lot less plastic waste than the 4L tub.

Jesus Christ - Jeffrey Bezos didn't create 11 trillion of wealth or 35% of the US GDP in wealth for "us". Takes 30s to realize that a guy who got a toothbrush delivered to your door in 24 hrs isn't responsible for the GDP of Germany, India and Japan combined.

I'd believe 102 pts but wouldn't really believe equal odds of 90. More likely 96pts is their low end of the std dev w/108 being the top end. But that's with a healthy Matthews (what was missing in the first half of the year). That said, that's feelings and not math so trust the model 🤷‍♂️
