Improving as a cook is mostly a gradual process but there were a few things that just leveled up my game instantly: 1) home made stock, 2) switching to sea salt, and 3) buying a giant bottle of this stuff and throwing it into just about everything for a Flavor Boost. Truly a life hack, ty Costco!

Will forever be Team Home Made Cranberry Sauce. It's the simplest thing to make, takes five minutes, and the payoff in both taste and texture is tremendous vs. the canned stuff. I add a tablespoon of orange zest and 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
