I created my first custom item in Tomodachi Life Living the Dream and it's Kero from Cardcaptor Sakura. I made him as a pet named Kero-chan and, of course, I have him be Sakura's pet. #TomodachiLife #CardcaptorSakura #CCS #CLAMP

Along with the CCS characters, I also made Miis based on Syaoran, Sakura, Fai D. Flourite, and Kurogane from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, also from CLAMP. I might need to make some adjustments to these Miis, but I think they turned out well. #TomodachiLife #TsubasaReservoirChronicle #TRC #CLAMP

Before doing art featuring Winnie, Freddie, Pooh and friends... Back when I was in middle school, I came up with a few dog characters named Mutt, Toro, Furball, Fleabag, and Taco. I'd revisit the pack later on and redesigned them, even adding a cat who I called Chibi-Kitty. #OC #Art

Early models of Mutt the bloodhound, Toro the bulldog, Furball the terrier, Fleabag the beagle, and Taco the chihuahua.

Mockup title for a series featuring the dog characters, Mutt's Doghouse, which I would eventually rename as Mutt's Dog Days (Shown in the 3rd picture).

Redesigned versions of Mutt, Toro, Furball, Fleabag, and Taco, along with Chibi-Kitty.
Though it's hard to see, the background is a junkyard as I thought of this pack having a series of misadventures at a city dump.

Here are a couple of new OCs I made based on Sakura Kinomoto and Keroberos from #CardcaptorSakura Meet Tsubasa and Lionheart, 'Leo' for short. Here are a couple of character model sheets I made of them. They're basically the same, only difference are the colors for Tsubasa on each one. #W&P&FT #OC

A character model sheet I made for Tsubasa and Lionheart/Leo on September 22nd.
I like how the characters were drawn here, especially Leo.
For some reason the lavender for the Tsubasa on the bottom left faded.

A redraw of the character model sheet for Tsubasa and Lionheart/Leo from October 12th.
Other than the fact that the way the models were drawn are a little off from the original, I recreated it mostly to try out different shades of color for Tsubasa.

Mickey Mouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit meet a couple of inklings from Splatoon who used their splattershots on the two cartoon rodents.
Mickey is quite surprised about his black coloring turning orange from the Inkling Girl's ink.
Oswald on the other hand...well, he doesn't seem to be amused with the Inkling Boy. At least blue looks good on him.

I think there may be some adjustments that might need to be made, like the Moo-Moo on the radio scooter, but I plan to go over this digitally to add the outlines and color once I'm done drawing out the sketch. So I might need to adjust the size of needed.

I've seen fan art of Peach in her new biker outfit, Moo-Moo being playable in #MarioKartWorld and DK having a little rock companion in #DonkeyKongBananza And I thought of this gag from It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown that I decided to make a comic based on it. Here's what I got so far.

Jose.A.C. @joseac96.bsky.social · 05/04/2025

OK, so I just learned that rock creature who tags along with Donkey Kong is apparently called Odd Rock, at the moment. Makes me wonder if it has a name that might be revealed at some point in the game. Or if it has any connections to the Pauline look-alike child.

010

Jose.A.C. @joseac96.bsky.social · 05/04/2025

I've seen some speculating that this Pauline might be the rock creature in Bananza, either a curse or transformation ability, because of the bracelet she has. If it is young Pauline, maybe it's a prequel? Oh wait, Cranky is in the game. Maybe time travel? But yeah, I'm just as confused as you are.

I'm not saying that this comic is ridiculous in a bad way, of course. It is ridiculous but in a good and humorous way like your other comics. It was just a silly idea that came to mind having Jack Black there as Springtrap instead reading that line.

140

Jose.A.C. @joseac96.bsky.social · 03/04/2025

I read that "I...am Springtrap" line in Jack Black's voice, because of the "I...am Steve" line from the-excuse me, A Minecraft Movie teaser And now I'm wondering if this comic would be even more ridiculous if that was Jack Black in the Springtrap costume instead 😅

The fact that you can play as a COW in Mario Kart World is what I find hilarious. And I find it more hilarious that the cow was one of the highlights for Mario Kart World because the Lofi Girl channel turned her into a cow on their livestream for April Fools Day this year.

010

Jose.A.C. @joseac96.bsky.social · 03/04/2025

Mario Kart World also looks pretty amazing. I like how, outside of Tour and the princesses wearing biker suits in Wii & 8, the characters now have different outfits. Might Wario have his biker outfit? And this being open world makes exploration in karts sound fun and exciting.

I also watched the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct earlier this morning. The Kirby Air Rider really caught me at first thinking it was Smash for Switch 2, even if it was a port of Ultimate. And it looks like Donkey Kong is having his own Odyssey adventure with Bananza. Love his classic redesign btw
