Should note, another injunction relating specifically to the USPS rulemaking directive (Section 3) in the executive order remains in effect. USPS has said a final rule will publish Wednesday, but not go into effect as long as that injunction is in place.

Prosecutors still oppose dismissal w/ prejudice in the David Hearn/Reflecting Pool case. They do, in a new filing, reveal an email from before Hearn's arrest documenting "peeling of the lining." It turned out what Hearn allegedly tugged on was "overspray, of little or no value."

Well, the president is incorrect here. He appears to be reacting to pre-opinion stories he shared about how Congress could respond if Trump v. Barbara was decided on statutory grounds. But it wasn't. The court ruled 5-4 that the 14th Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship.
