Solo Leveling is incredible and now I'm sad we have to wait awhile for more

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 29/03/2025

April and May are stacked for video games, which are you most looking forward to?

030

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

Tarkir Dragonstorm is the most excited about a MtG set in years, I'm such a sucker for Dragons

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

The First Berserker Khazan looks awesome but me not being great at Soulslike games means it would probably be more frustrating for than anything. I still want to pick it up though lol

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 11/03/2025

Suikoden 1 and 2 are just as good as I remember. Really hoping we get lots more from the franchise going forward

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 11/03/2025

Never played a Like A Dragon game so of course I decided to 100% Pirate Yakuza. Silly fun game I'd definitely recommend

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 04/03/2025

I'm gonna be a Heavy Metal sweat in Destiny 2

020

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 04/03/2025

Was not expecting this but I'm very hyped for a Suikoden anime!

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 03/03/2025

I'm so jealous of the people who already got to play Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Probably a top 3 most anticipated game in 2025 for me

Am I the only one who enjoys the Monster Hunter Wilds cutscenes?

Great weekend for ESports with exciting finals in both CDL Minor and VCT Major going down to the wire. Love watching Grand Finals that are so close

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 01/03/2025

Might have to make a Green Goblin Commander deck when this drops

020

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 01/03/2025

Settled on Insect Glaive as my first main in Monster Hunter Wilds, it's so much fun! Gunlance as my secondary but that might change

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 24/02/2025

Finally beat Baldur's Gate 3 for the first time today AMA

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 11/02/2025

Any homies on PS5 not get a code for the Elden Ring Nightreign test? I might have and extra code, only rule is you have to coop with me 🤣

110

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 30/01/2025

Your boi may or may not be playing Elden Ring Nightreign soon 👀

YouTube comments are usually wild but this one on my latest Marvel Rivals video is unhinged

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 28/01/2025

Yeah I'll be back in Destiny next Episode lol

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 27/01/2025

I'm so tired of Marvel Rivals players assuming the game is over without even trying to change things up youtu.be/nEZhU6xnmpw

"Bungie marketed it as all white!" Show me one point where they said it was an all white shader and not Chatterwhite returning from D1.

031

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

Everyone complaining about Chatterwhite in D2 obviously didn't play Destiny 1. It's the same shader and was never "all white"

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

I still don't have any Lord characters in Marvel Rivals because I flex so much and will play whatever the team needs

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 22/01/2025

I beat that one already and very much enjoyed it as well!

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 22/01/2025

I need to find a new RPG to play after beating Metaphor ReFantasio, any suggestions?

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 20/01/2025

The creativity in combat and magic with Castlevania Nocturne is probably my favorite thing about the series. Every fight was sick but Alucard vs Drolta might be my favorite

030

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 17/01/2025

Solo queued to Plat so far in Marvel Rivals and feel like I might be able to push into Diamond easily with a duo/trio

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 16/01/2025

The First Berserker Khazan is wild hard right from the beginning holy...

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Dark fantasy RPG fans should definitely keep an eye out for The Blood Of Dawnwalker 👀👀 youtu.be/n7zzrCCkr5E

This Moon Knight Ult was gross in Marvel Rivals

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 11/01/2025

Is there anything more disappointing in Marvel Rivals than matching with someone who is Lord on a character and the don't pop off?

Someone convince me not to immediately buy this Invisible Woman outfit in Marvel Rivals

Gaming projects feels like early MCU where we've turned a corner while only getting occasional duds like Borderlands but we'll see. I'm not a purist or anything and mostly want fun entertainment though

100

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 07/01/2025

I mean the MCU was wildly successful and very fun for like 10 full years, and I wouldn't be surprised if it bounces back too

100

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 07/01/2025

Helldivers and Horizon Zero Dawn getting movies, Ghost of Tsushima an anime and The Last of Us S2 drops in April. Love that video games are getting more adaptations now that we've gotten so many solid ones recently

Little tip, you can learn a game/character/playstyle in Quickplay instead of jumping right into ranked. I don't know why people jump right into Competitive to try figuring it out

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 04/01/2025

The cutscenes in Metaphor ReFantasio are so sick, I'd watch an anime in that art style for sure

Had lots of questions about why Hulk was getting banned every game in Marvel Rivals, so here's the answer youtu.be/7rrk2-Bb_hE

Catching up on my video game backlog in January before the insanity starts with new releases in February. This might be the only month I don't pick up a new game tbh

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 03/01/2025

6) Start 2/2/2 but Strategist insta swaps to Duelist after 1 death - loss 7) Wolverine one trick gets single digit kills with little impact - loss I got SVP 3 of these games and filled Vanguard or Strategist, whichever was needed 😭🤣

000

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 03/01/2025

I gotta break down my competitive Marvel Rivals experience last night 1) Player DCs halfway through when we are winning - loss 2) One strategist and only me Vanguard - loss 3) Insta lock Spider-Man gets 6 kills - loss 4) Teammates overextend in OT and die - loss 5) Good team comp, opp DCs - remake

110

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 03/01/2025

When you lose 6 Marvel Rivals comp games in a row and SVP 3 of them 😭

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 02/01/2025

Yeah Marvel Rivals is absolutely delivering with these new characters, Fantastic Four reveal trailer for S1 in just a few days

010

Papa JoPa @jopawrites.bsky.social · 01/01/2025

My favorite thing in Marvel Rivals is there are counters and combos for everything, people just rushed to conclusions before figuring them out
