This will mean nothing to most, except mainly for people of a certain age in the UK #BlueskyArtShow #Walls (sorrynotsorry)

A metal grill over hot charcoal glowing red and white. On top of the grill, a number of sausages (are they Wall's - who can tell?) in rows along the bars of the grill to assist with turning them. The sausages are already browning nicely

An exemplary courtroom drama that I'd forgotten was helmed by Rob Reiner, a decent Austen adaptation, a disappointing sequel in a franchise I'm reluctant to continue, and a genuinely creepy, Bechdel-Test-smashing claustrophobic survival horror. #LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched #moviesky #filmsky

One of these films is definitely not like the others (oh hi, shark). Fun gelatinous antagonist with a theme tune that slaps, Vincent Price in full on Lovecraftian gothic horror, and a surprisingly good psychological slasher horror #LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched #filmsky #moviesky

Stockholm Metro - little bit of Yorkshire in Sweden

A rectangular LED sign at the bottom of an escalator on the Stockholm metro. The words Ej upp are in red text, flanked on either side with no entry signs.

It's such a great sculpture park

Detail of a granite sculpture in the Vigeland Sculpture Park in Oslo of a male figure gently holding the sides of the head of a female figure, forehead and nose against hers.

Vigelandsparken / Frognerpark, Oslo. I make sure to visit every time I'm in Oslo #BlueskyArtShow #3rdPlace #photography #ECK

Starting the week I was not expecting to rate the high budget stellar cast clown flick higher than the low budget 80s clown B-movie but here we are. Also, the really fun cinematic video game walkthrough, and my first exposure to the best worst film ever #LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched #filmsky

Favourite line from Barbarian - genuinely LOL'd at this. Why, yes Bill, you do bear an uncanny resemblance to that creepy clown in that other film...

Screenshot of Bill Skarsgård's character in the film Barbarian. The subtitle for the dialog reads "What, do I look like some kind of monster?"

A family drama that should have been so much better given the cast, an outstanding prison drama rewatch, a janky-CGI-tastic ghost story remake and a perfectly adequate sci-fi prequel #LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched #moviesky #filmsky

Just for you, Jaycee 🖤🩶🤍

Black and white early evening photo of rowing boats moored at the bank of a river. A viaduct spans the river, with three of the arches visible. There are trees on the far bank of the river and blue sky with small white clouds above.

Got some cool Weyland Yutani stuff from them recently

Photo of a blue Weyland Yutani mug with a large yellow W and a wireframe globe in white, with the text "WEYLAND YUTANI" and "Building Better Worlds". The mug sits on top of a dark grey t-shirt with cyan print that reads "USCSS NOSTROMO" above some military style wings. Below the wings the text "180286 WEYLAND YUTANI CORPORATION"

The subtitles for Palm Springs might be the most puritanical subs ever. Someone just grepped the entire subtitle file for potentially rude words and ended up with this embar***ment... Are there any other examples of overzealous subtitles? #Filmsky #moviesky

Still image from the film "Palm Springs" of a man in a Hawaiian shirt with his back to us, facing a woman with long dark hair. They are both holding glasses, which are touching. The subtitle, which presumably should say [glasses clink] has been censored because of the word "ass" contained within it and now reads [gl***es clink]

A fun, if pretty on the nose time-travel romp, an enjoyable teen splatterfest, another teen splatterfest with evil Octavia Spencer, and an iconic slice of 70s NYC gang warfare #LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched #Moviesky #Filmsky

Have a word with yourselves Tesco / Pringles - it's SEPTEMBER.

Three tubes of Pringles in "Limited Edition" green tubes. The moustachioed Pringles man is wearing a Santa hat. They are apparently "Santa's Secret Flavour", whatever that is...
