Reflection from the weekend just gone. As an International NFL fan of 40 years (Washington) I didn't expect that I'd feel a deep connection when I went to my first game and spoke to US fans. I felt a real connection to the team and fans. We have that gift to give with our int #nufc fans. Let's do so

Interesting. Yeah seems the sweet spot as some of the big revenue clubs are reducing as they've realised the operating cost pressures on the bottom line.

Yep it is but transport network is good to Scotland and so can actually serve Edinburgh/Glasgow like they do for us. If the quality of events is good then they will come!

As of last accounts we are double the staff of pre takeover. We've doubled football and non football positions. From memory we're around 600.

Yep I was talking more generally about events. It's an opportunity to grow some of that Infrastructure going forward. Manchester used the City money to project forward. There have been conversations with NFL although they have reached a saturation point now.

I hope not. I was at the NFL at the weekend and it would be a huge missed opportunity. Spurs stadium is absolutely outstanding. There are a few other reqmts that need to be met before they pull the trigger.

Think he was as close as I've seen him to that yesterday. I sit right behind the dug outs. He was throwing himself in to challenges and he played 4 or 5 beautiful punched passes. I have more worries about Thiaw. Finding him a little too passive at present.

Pushed 4 on to the backline and pinned us in. Injuries and fatigue meant we lost momentum and didn't have the bench strength to wrestle control back. PL is a physical arm wrestle and to manage the last 20 mins with the determination actually bodes well for the future #nufc

Some great commentary on #nufc yesterday but don't sleep on game state folks as well as micro disruptions impacting flow. Exhibit A - First half, total control, Miley injury, lose momentum and Hull dominate 5 mins after. Exhibit B - 2-0 down Hull had nothing to lose. Took more risks.

Seeing a lot of folk focussing on the last 25 mins. Focus on the first 65 mins! 1st half some of the best football we've played in years. The interchanges for the 2 goals. Stunning. Really confident with full squad we'll continue to improve. Game state & 11 injuries is why we were hanging on #nufc

Biggest improvement today is getting the midfield balance right OOP. Wissa shows he can do it but he can't pick and choose. If he's in the 10 he needs to be much better in recovery. Big day for Pardo as well. Anonymous on Monday. HWTL #nufc
