For me, the best form of ambient indie game marketing is talking about your game in a natural way, as if you were speaking to someone at an expo. Don't overthink it. Just be you, be honest, be human, and speak from the heart.

Robin hits on some good points here. While your job title might provide some vague idea of what you do it never quite gives the full picture. Having worked in design for various studios and held the same role in a lot of them the responsibilities always varied.

2025 was pretty fun. Travel, BAFTAs and more gaming music concerts. Finally visited Japan 🇯🇵 and made a quick trip to Italy 🇮🇹 Professionally shipped another game, a content update and got promoted at work. All in all a pretty good year 🙌
