Having grown up around (and since escaped) fundamentalist conservatives, I would say it’s because those principles are simply a means to the end of imposing their beliefs. They will fight like hell for those principles only so long as they’re useful. Then a shift to new principles or gaslighting

How far Pardot support has fallen. I remember the days of live chat ~10 yr ago, incredible service (s/o Sunny). Moved a client to HubSpot last year. Awful Pardot support started driving them away but ended up ditching a $120k SF contract entirely for HS There’s a reason they demand longer terms
