This isn't a hype thing for me, this is a deep interest in the features and an understanding that the complaints people have are mostly none issues for me. I'm simply excited to get it, and I'm looking forward to updates from Valve and the modding community. It can only be better with time.

Also, having VR at all is a privilege. Reviewers have the huge privilage of testing other high end headsets. When you compare the Frame to a $3000 Apple Vision Pro, I think that's tone deaf to your average consumer. I'm excited for the shown features, and I'm not bothered by the told shortcomings.

I feel like many of the Steam Frame reviews will be outdated by the time I get mine. With the software being updated pretty consistently, lots of the software complaints will probably be a none issue. Not to say there will be no issues, I just don't think it'll be as disappointing as reviewers say.

I keep checking for a Steam Frame email to see when I get out of the waitlist. I keep tricking myself with false hope when I get an email selling an item or buying a game. I'm glad people are getting theirs and making interesting videos I can watch, but damn I'm going to itch for it more every day.

I flop between Startpage, Duckduckgo, and Brave search. Duck and Brave have AI overview, but you can turn that off in settings. All three are privacy focused. I use Brave search most often for the search results. Google search can eat pant.

I love the tech space, but tech news channels are repeating the same bad news. It's good to know what's going on, but I need to back away from it a good bit. Once the Steam Frame comes out, I'ma focus on the longevity of the tech I already have at that point. Too much bad news makes me enjoy it less

These reports should never be assumed to be final. If Beat Saber has a quest verson, they have the opertunity to use the APK. I assume they wanted to check how the PC version was standalone before working on getting Meta's proprietary shit out of the APK.
