Yes, cricket being over does free time up (until the winter tours start, anyway!). I'm really impressed with the celeb potters; the improvement week on week is noticeable, and I like the new format with no expulsions till week 4, giving them all a chance to develop.

I borrowed the DVD from Royal Holloway library. I think they had other DVDs of Ninagawa's Shakespeare productions there, including Macbeth.

I've seen the Ninagawa production of Pericles at the NT on DVD. That said, I think it was a Japanese DVD, and there were no English subtitles (I assume there were English surtitles in the theatre, but they weren't visible on the DVD). So not ideal unless one knows the play, but still amazing.
