How bought a timeline cleanser? This giant thing is loofah. Or at least it will be in time. Could probably eat it right now if I felt so inclined. The bees love the flowers so much they push each other around.

This is a jar of molasses. It is a by product of converting sugarcane or sugar beets into sugar. It comes in various grades. The culinary grades make very tasty cookies. It used to be a used a lot more back in old timey days as a sweetener. It is also used in making booze and munitions! 1/9

Sometimes I do kitchen stuff. Here is rose petal jam. I do have a small amount of Turkish ancestry, but I am mostly western and northern Europe put in an American blender. Glad to have that culinary heritage though…

Last year I went to Atlanta for a conference. I wasn’t there very long, and my short stay for work related content meant not much time for tourism, so I pretty much stayed in the hotel district. That gave me a chance to take this picture… 1/16
