Other Big Tech platforms also worked diligently for Trump and Republicans. I was banned for most of 2024 on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter while their CEOs were howling 'free speech'. At the same time they were platforming Trump, Andrew Tate, Kanye West and an assortment of Nazis and Confederates.

That is very true and accurate. Harris was an outstanding candidate who ran an outstanding campaign. She faced numerous headwinds. The Voting Rights rollback was very important. Elon Musk spent $44 billion just on his Twitter purchase, vastly exceeding all previous political donations in US history.

GOP voter suppression had a HUGE impact from 2013 onward in particular, when Supreme Court Republicans started rolling back the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Trump could never have made it to the White House without that impact. A significant percentage of non-voters are non-voluntary.

Are you effing kidding me? Tish James won every case she brought against Trump. Alvin Brag convicted Trump of dozens of felonies. Yet Merrick Garland, who had vastly greater resources, did nothing on nuclear secrets in toilets, so much more serious & dangerous than anything James & Bragg prosecuted.

I am a physicist. Since white supremacists(including tribal enrollees) erased so much black history, DNA is all we got. I don't care about Dawes rolls, kinship lines or anything else but the scientific evidence. Angie Nixon is from Florida, where black and Native Americans started mixing earliest.

Your comment has no basis in truth or relevance. Garland was confirmed by the senate and welcomed into the Biden admin because of McConnell’s failure to vote to seat him on Scotus/Trump 1.0. Later he turned out to be an epic disappointment, fearful of indicting big money criminals.

Buffalo Soldiers were a tiny fraction of black people, that only existed from 1866-1948. Native American anti-black racism is enormously bigger over the past 500 years, and is huge and deadly right now. There is no comparison whatsoever. Tribal enrollees have heavily erased black history.

Many Federally registered Native American tribes fought for the Confederacy in the last Civil War. Many will again support the Confederates this next time as well. Most Native American DNA today is among Latinos, many of whom are also white supremacists.

50 actions?? Republicans passed at least 300(!!) new laws restricting black voting rights. Supreme Court Republicans repeatedly issued major rollbacks of the Voting Rights Act during Biden's term. I cannot ever remember any major speech by Garland on any of this. The consequences are severe.

I don't feel like he was indecisive and spineless at all. He did not want to prosecute Trump at all and refused to do so for nearly 2 yrs. Garland is a lifelong Republican who only switched to 'independent' pretty recently. He reflects almost all GOP voters plus 'moderate' Dem voters.
