Why do journalists keep saying the fuel price rises are a because of the USA attacking Iran? If oil companies are making 2, 3, and in some cases 4 times their usual profits you don't need to be a mathematician to work out that they're profiteering. It's not the war - it's greed. Why not report that?

another day
6 panel comic

P1: Cartoon me, sat at a table, drawing a comic on a sheet of paper. My character is thinking to himself "another day, another comic... Do I do this because I actually enjoy it? Or, do I do this because it is a means for me to avoid having to think about the late-stage capitalist hell we are all drowning in?

P2: a beat, as cartoon me lifts the page to see what he's drawn

P3: first person POV of the comic. It's titled "Freddy Fart Face."

P4: close up of cartoon me as he stares silently at the page, with an uncertain look on his face

P5: same POV, except now cartoon me has a big smile on his face

P6: POV pans back to reveal the room cartoon me is sat in, which is shrouded in darkness. Out the window, a city is but jng in the distance, while the door to the room is barred shit with a plank of wood wedged under the doorknob.

Cartoon me remains blissfully oblivious, as he stares smiling at his creation.

Title: Just announced! Three new Gruffalo books commissioned from bestselling authors!

Lee Chilld:
The Gruffalo just wants a quiet life, but when a crime syndicate moves into the deep dark wood, he must use his terrible claws and the terrible teeth in his terrible jaws to protect the fellow.

Sally Rooney:
The Gruffalo moves to contemporary Dublin. He
ill ever see past his orange eyes, purple prickles and poisonous wart.

Kazuo Ishiguro:
After a long absence, the gruffalo returns to the forest and attempts to make sense of his past. Encounters with a mouse, a fox, an owl and a snake uncover long-buried memories, regrets and revelations.

The second panel shows Sarah taking the ball and going through a door labeled "GROUP CHAT".
The third panel shows a group of women sitting together and consoling one woman in the center. The woman in the center is saying "...And that's how it happened. It's been the worst day of my life."
The fourth panel shows Sarah standing in the doorway behind them awkwardly holding the red ball.
