If laws on the books of No Duty to Retreat ("Stand your ground") are as legal as any other law, if an individual posing as an ICE officer tries to breach your peace without identifying themselves it is legal to murder them where you stand. This will start happening a lot more I think.

The premise of your right to not have your peace breached means you may use lethal force should you feel threatened. ICE agents may soon find themselves legally shot in the face obscured by their masks.

There is another huge untold story on US prices changing in stores, the USD has less buying power even before tariffs are added on. With already a 5% drop in 30 days this means retailers are wiring their suppliers bigger sums before the goods show up at US customs & the US gvmt takes its shakedown.

Why is nobody explaining trade deficits? You wanna know who I have a trade deficit with? My grocery vendor. My gasoline vendor. My music vendor. My patio furniture vendor. The USA buys more than anyone buys back because it is 380 million people who are richer than 90% of the rest of the planet.

A happy man well fed by supporting the grocery vendor who prepares the goods that man wants to purchase and places them where he can easily consume them when he pleases. As that man sells insurance policies, it is obvious he spends more at the grocery store than the grocer vendor spends at his business... unless he is a mobster who intends to harm the street vendor, with say... trade tariffs (enforced with a baseball bat) masked as deficit regulation.

25 years ago on this day this lovely young woman was the only thing on my mind, she and I shared nothing but magic and her life was just cut off with no warning, a horrific car accident on the Sea to Sky Highway other way to Whistler. I still miss you every day Erika.
