Represented Dwyrain Cymru at the Welsh inter regional XC on Saturday then another 13 miles on Sunday to bring up 239 miles for November. It’s been a disrupted training block but hopefully I’m ready for Valencia marathon next Sunday. ¡Vamos! #Running
