Always liked Scott G term of regulatory arbitrage; maybe different. Beating the speed of regulation (courts and bureaucracy) to establish a new reality and extracting enough profit from that new territory to be able to lawyer up at the point ppl catch up.

you're welcome :) the technocrats were not very popular with the people (bc it centralized planning + distrust of tech) so overthrow imminent even without external forces. "Santiago Boys" podcast, and about 25% of "UnAccountability Machine" is about this project (if not necessarily its demise)
