Profoundly moving to meet Mandy Damari, mother of 28-year-old Emily, the last remaining British hostage held by Hamas for 424 days. The hostages must urgently receive humanitarian care and support, and their release must be an essential part of the ceasefire in Gaza we all want to see.

Livestock are treated better than commuters in High Peak. The services provided by Northern are not good enough. Cancellations, delays & overcrowding are commonplace. I’ll be raising these issues at a meeting with management at Northern. We need improvement & fast. (Image: Glossop Chronicle)

At PMQs today Kemi Badenoch confirmed that under her leadership the Tories have not and will not change. Kemi wants the spending commitments without having to take the difficult decisions to fund them. Same old broken, fantasy, two-faced Tory economics.
