I don't think I've felt as engaged or supported by the rules of a ttrpg then when I run Draw Steel. I ran a werewolf against my players and it felt like I got to pilot a Dark Souls boss - at level goddamn 1! #drawsteel

I’ve tried a couple of approaches: make random squares and connect them; build it room by room from a list of rooms; try to fill a rectangle with rooms and corridors. Haven’t been too happy with any approach

The many interactions between the heroes is one of the big draws for me. Makes it feel like we're actually working together, boosting each other, comboing. It is a lot in the beginning, but now it's more second nature. Hope you find a groove. There's a lot of fun to be had.
