Dear Excellent Employees,

Standards Contracting (STD.C) is pleased to announce its transition from a publicly traded corporation to a privately held enterprise.

We have entered into an exciting acquisition agreement with the AESIF (Amarrian Empress Servile Investment Fund), a respected institution known for its long-term vision, stable returns, and uncompromising views on worker mobility.

As part of this transition, all employees will be laid off.

What does this mean for me?

While your employment with Standards will soon conclude, we remain committed to guiding you into your next chapter. In that spirit, we are launching our Adaptive Worker Support &
Human Taskforce (AWSHT). Leadership has already secured several opportunities for displaced Standards employees.
Our friends at Sergal Jerk (LEYIF) have offered employment to all former Standards Contracting employees. We thank them for their continued commitment to our mutual community spirit.

To discuss your transition options, please reach out to any active Standards Contracting officer.

As always, it has been a pleasure to have you as a dependent contractor.

Signed,
Awali Maulerant

Our Dependent Contractors had an absolutely perfect performance today in Venal! Outforming the hostiles by almost 500 and securing the objective. Great job, employees! zkillboard.com/related/30001313/202…
