Photo was taken in a back alley behind the stores on Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway in downtown Huntington Beach.

The year was 1976 when Huntington Beach was a fairly run-down with many oil fields and oil wells. The downtown area mostly had Surf Shoppes, an Ice Cream Parlor, and Post office. Not the tourist destination it is today.

I also shot this photo in color using another camera at the time. I prefer this version. I used an orange filter, shooting on Kodak Panatomic X film, developing using D-76 diluted 1:1 in the year 1983.

The location was either Redwood City or San Mateo, in an industrial area. I cannot the exact location today to include GPS co-ordinates.
