@skillup.bsky.social the voice gap removal in the latest TWiVG is a bit too tight. It made it jarring and difficult to follow. A bit like listening to John Moschitta Jr.

A guy went out to see what his dog was up to and discovered it happily playing with a capybara. Original post

Did she really need ten douches? Seems excessive.

I put together two "roller" web apps to play Carved by the Garden by @cassi.mothwin.com . Mechanically, they all you need to play (plus the book). Download the html to play offline. High contrast/monochrome e-ink modes. smoores.neocities.org/100d6.html smoores.neocities.org/cardsd6.html

@marathonthegame.bungie.net Triage should be able to self-revive if downed, as long as they have a fully charged Reboot+ (ult) without the need of a consumable.

Image of the Marathon The Game runner shell "Triage" with the caption, "Triage should be able to self-revive if downed, as long as they have a fully charged Reboot+ without the need of a consumable."

Watched it without any prior knowledge. Amazing.

I want to brave the night...om Geforce Now. My old potato PC can't handle AAA games anymore.

When Marathon on GeForce Now?

Not like that. They match on Discord, then queue at the same time. They do not prox chat, they chat on discord, and they are specifically joining solo queue.

JO Miranda @jomiran.com · 03/06/2026

Multiple solo queue runs (crossplay on and off) and in most of them I have come across three people "teaming". Either solo is busted and matching solos with teams, or Bungue needs to enable stagger queues for all to stop the cheaters.

JO Miranda @jomiran.com · 03/06/2026

I don't want to play vs PC players and I don't want to match make. That's why I picked console only solo. It isn't my job to work around the issue.

JO Miranda @jomiran.com · 02/06/2026

Teaming is rampant in PS with crossplay off. You should enable the streamer staggered queue for everyone by default.

@marathonthegame.bungie.net Certain lore Codex, like "Emotional Support Plushie", need a warning if they are going to hit that hard.

Oh...you do not want to search for videosof these "gentle giants" gulping down entire sharks in one go. Swallowed by a grouper is a new found fear for me.

It should also be mentioned that Shaun White is heavily disliked by snowboarders...and the exes he cheated on.

JO Miranda @jomiran.com · 06/02/2026

@nbcolympics.bsky.social made a mistake with Shaun White for the opening ceremony. All he does is make it about himself and plug his ventures. It's gross.

Now that Meta is abandoning VR and "the metaverse" for AI, they should change their name from Meta to Mai Tai. I'll see myself out. #meta #ai #dadjokes

I played the hell out of Wing Commander II, until I upgraded my PC. Turns out the game speed was tied to CPU clock speed, so going from 486 to Pentium would make the game run at super speed. Unplayable. Sad day.
