If this Elanga news is true, it's a pretty big blow. I imagine we'll see a lot of Barnes on the right, with Toure on the left. After the last two games, I would like to see Wissa/Fernandez-Pardo out wide, with a third CM coming in, but we'll see if Jaissle makes that adjustment #NUFC

This must be a wake up call for Jaissle. You can't leave two in midfield to fend for themselves. We've been too easy to press, and teams are playing right through us. Wissa + MFP were so isolated up front. I think Ramsey as the 3rd midfielder could work, but let's see how he adjusts for Hull #NUFC

I get why people are anxious about the lack of mins for Toure and Bamba, but they’re both 20. Sure, we could have spent that money on players who could have had a more immediate impact, but that’s not the direction of our project. We’ll need time to judge those deals. He's gone pretty close to full strength here. I'm a bit disappointed we wont see more youngsters, or Ramsey in the 10, but with almost a full week before Leeds, Jaissle is prioritizing getting his first teamers as much gametime together as possible, which isn't a bad thing either #NUFC

Bournemouth are going to have similar issues to the ones we had last year. Impossible to play with the intensity they had in the first half all the time. Especially when the midweek games come. They’re a good team though. Alex Scott is a £100m player.

That price for Enzo is absolutely nuts. How do Chelsea keep getting away with this? They sign players, said players underwhelm, and they sell them at a profit. I can't see Maresca or Viana lasting long at City.

No one knows what the finances actually look like, but given the concerns with PSR I can't imagine there is a world where we'd rather have a 4th choice winger than 15m+. Either Murphy gets a new contract so we retain some value and sell next summer, or we're waiting for a better offer #NUFC

This is all speculation on my part, but the Willock contract extension means we're not going to be able to bring in the 10 we want. The fact that Murphy hasn't been offered terms means he's off. Based on his comments past-WBA, I wouldn't be shocked if Jaissle is pushing for a new defender. #NUFC
