One NIH-backed researcher has been cited in the media 100s of times to argue against the Trump administration's crackdown on trans-ing kids.

It may have been the last straw for Trump's budget bulldog Russ Vought.

Conservative reformers are baffled. Vought's OMB wants to surge resources to the NIH to combat the Deep State. Jay doesn't want them.
