I had an amazing weekend, as always at Quest Con Orlando this year. Ran some familiar games (Pirate Borg & DUKK Borg), some new variations (Blades '68), & something new for me (Regency Cthulhu). All was amazing w/ awesome players. Got to see lots of friends we don't see too often and meet new ones.

So, I spilled soda on my oversized plain black mat on my desk and had to clean it. I grabbed one of our other playmats as a temporary solution. I think perhaps the soda can wasn't cursed (there is a whole journey of mishaps) and it was just getting me a more appropriate backdrop for the month.

Had such an AMAZING time with a new group of Murder Mavens playing Brindlewood Bay last night. They solved the murder of author Herb L.L. Paxton in A Throng of Vice and Liars. So excited to start a new campaign and see the Midwives of the Fragrant Void unfold for them. #BrindlewoodBay #TTRPG

Local game stores are a great place to go for off-line holiday shopping, plus many of them are community gaming hubs and stock games from indie creators! Shopping at your FLGS usually helps a few small businesses (the game store + any creators who have works there)!

Did a draw from my new deck today focusing on the upcoming #PAXUnplugged. I find tarot nice to use it as a guide to interpret and guide my thoughts. Looking at meaning in the card and the illustration and applying it towards what I'm focusing on.
