Product is 100x more difficult than marketing Marketing is easy, cuz you can try a million things and if a few of them blow up, you're good. But a great product means saying no to a million ideas & focusing on a few details. Which details? What form? UX? that's the hard part

unless u plan to work for a boss, drop school now, it's a pure waste of time. "but what about networking...???" do this instead: startup incubators, tech twitter, build in public, hackatons. my friends and i did it, and years later, zero regrets

Reverse engineering the business: > find problems, > iterate on offering various quick solutions until you see the demand > deliver them fast without code, just use stripe payment links > handle it all manually The iteration speed here is about 1000x higher than if u code.
