When a local candidate faces divisive harassment, it requires a unified response. 🤝 I reached out to our incumbent councillor to propose we stand together as candidates against this behavior. While she initially said she would look into it, she never got back to me. Leadership requires open

Candidates love talking about the LRT at election time, but where were they in 2010? I’ve been sitting in Transit Commission meetings for 16 years fighting for riders. Growing up in a rail town taught me how trains should work. Ottawa doesn't need more political talking points

We see huge double standards. While some areas get major updates, construction on Walkley Road pushes forward with no communication, leaving lower-income pockets with blocked, inaccessible sidewalks. Our daily mobility cannot be treated as an afterthought.

In Greenboro, South Keys, & Blossom Park, broken transit isn't just an "inconvenience"—it’s a crisis risking livelihoods. When a Para Transpo ride doesn't show or an OC Transpo bus leaves workers stranded in the freezing cold, independence and jobs are compromised.

I moved to Ottawa over 20 years ago and fell in love with this city. But loving Ottawa means having the courage to speak up when the system leaves people behind. There is a dangerous divide between City Hall’s bubble and the reality in Gloucester-Southgate (Ward 10). 👇🧵
