Off for a few days fat biking in the Quantocks. Staying at what we call the Love Shack (not sure how it got that name!) First time on an e-bike (if I get my back wheel sorted in time) so looking forward to blasting up the combes. Stopping off at Thatchers on the way...😉

Why do you ride fat bikes? Me - they're more forgiving on the trails and just generally more fun. Also me when trying to fit a tubeless tyre - f'ing shitty fat bike! 😂

Impromptu ride to the pub for some Sunday chips and ciders. Really high tide, blown in on a strong southerly breeze.

Jamie Roberts should get an award. You can sense his increasing frustration as the main protagonist falls deeper into his self-made far-right rabbit hole. It was telling when his girlfriend said "he doesn't show emotion" suggesting emotional issues never to be solved by his new fascist "mates".

That was surreal, a band playing in HMV, a choir and a mini- orchestra in town, heavy metal in the park, jazz in a pub, punk at the Loft, music f'ing everywhere. Good vibes, well done Southampton.
