Today, the three military-led Sahel neighbors, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger, have formally withdrawn from the West African regional bloc #ECOWAS, which they accuse of being influenced by France in sanctioning them for the coups. The three breakaway states have formed Alliance of Sahel States.

Sometimes the simplest meals are the best. Lunch - a grilled cheese sandwich made with old cheddar, with a thin layer of mayonnaise over the butter to get a nice crispy finish. Grilled cheese requires tomato soup, and I had Imagine brand reduced sodium organic soup, which is produced in Canada. 😋🍜🍽️
