It truly is an incredible experience. For two hours, keepers take small groups of about six people around the park. They know most of the animals well, including those happy to be near people. The elephants are playful, emergetic, curious. Just astounding.

Chiang Mai's renowned Elephant Nature Park is the country's ethical home of rescued elephants. We were are able to wander the grazing yards where elephants are safe. No riding or touching the animals. Unforgettable. #Thailand #wildlife #AnimalRescue #travel
