Yes, baby shampoo is your friend for mask and tube. I use rubbing alcohol in the humidifier. Let it sit an hour or two, empty it, then let it dry/evaporate and refill it as usual in the evening. I do the mask daily. Tube and humidifer are a Sunday chore once a month.
