The cycle of bad leadership. The system is rigged for x type people. So let's change system. Can't. It's rigged. So let's bring people who are x type but claim wanting change, and they'll open the door from within. They don't. Once they're in they feel cosy and forget. After all they are x type.

It's so obvious that the Blazers tried really hard to display DeAndre Ayton to sell high and ship him somewhere else and hid Clingan. Clingan is everything they expected early on and it's hard to hold him off any longer.
