Trump employs H-2B visa holders who are temporary foreign workers as housekeepers and seasonal workers at his clubs. H-1B are college graduates in specialty occupations such as scientists and engineers. He clearly does not know the difference. Alarming.

Of course Trump nominates Ken Howery as Ambassador to Denmark that oversees Greenland, a territory rich in rare earth elements needed for electronics to EV batteries. Howery started PayPal with Leon and Theil. Later Founders Fund. Trump should mine his own business and leave Greenland alone.

Happened twice in 1849 and 1856. Both later ratified by majority vote. 2 Tellers from both the Senate and House count the Electoral votes. Any objection must be signed by a member from each house. Each then votes on rejection. But what if House members not sworn in by January 6th? 2/2

On January 3, 2025, the first act of the new Congress is the Members-Elect nominate and vote for Speaker of the House by majority vote. The Speaker is sworn in by the Dean of the House (longest serving). The Speaker then swears in members. What happens if no majority? House can adopt rule for 1/2
