Alright, calling a moratorium on 'mob rule'. It literally means using force and intimidation to bypass rules and government. It literally cannot apply to awarding a government contract outside of some sort of coup situation.

Like, I don't know anything in particular about air defences, but I know they involve planes, boats, radar systems and these days drones and mobile fire groups. She seems to be trying to just failing to say she'll upgrade air defence to the tune of $10bn.

I don't think anyone really thinks it should. There's just the weird incentive thing that I'd be worse off if I took a better paid job right now. I could afford to pay for some childcare now too, so just tapering the free childcare from a lower point even would be better.
