Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 06/08/2026WEEK 8 everything felt off today and my spins mega sucked but my loop is a little bit higher if nothing else 050
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 30/07/2026Scratch spins are also (kinda) back! Sacrificing speed for keeping it centered for now… 120
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 30/07/2026WEEK 6 a week late posting again oops. Gonna go skate again today! Here’s a couple little things. I landed dumb on the waltz jumps so my ankle felt weird the rest of the time. I need new skates aaaa 030
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 18/07/2026WEEK 5 waaaas technically last week Couldn’t do moves or anything, rink too busy. The last few weeks since getting back from AC have been filled with lots of work and overtime and no time to go to the rink at an emptier hour. Maybe this next week I’ll find time 🤞🤞🤞 020
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 24/06/2026WEEK 4 WE GOT WALTZ JUMPS BACK. They’re itty bitty for now but they’re jumps!!! 040
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 16/06/2026WEEK 3 Back to the other rink! ITS SPIN TIME My scratch spin is atrociously not centered/wobbly and I definitely don’t have the core strength back for a spiral yet. I’m honestly incredibly surprised I managed a one foot spin as centered as I did! (Exited out of the spin weird to check my tracks lol) 250
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 10/06/2026WEEK 2! Tried a different rink today! Felt much more comfortable. Just focused on speed/edges/directional changes. I did some jump preps but I’m not gonna try jumps/spins until the ice feels more secure under my feet again (and I can get my skates sharpened 😭) No vids but here’s pics for proof lol 020
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 07/06/2026I need to rebuild all the muscles in my core so for now all you get is camels, bunny hops, edges, and uhhhh I can do all those things skating backwards if I lock in 030
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 07/06/2026went figure skating the other day :] it’s been ~6 years since I got on the ice and I’ve ached for it since then. I really want to try getting back into it again consistently 3100
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 19/05/2026Need to get on more trails and do more geocaching, I’ve been lackin Leonard Springs pics from Sunday 🌲🌿 020
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 24/12/2025my childhood dog Bizzy passed away the other day. I’ve been really struggling with it being so far away from home. We had her since she was a puppy, she was 14. I feel better knowing she’s not suffering anymore but I’m going to miss her a lot 💞 040
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 12/01/2025I WILL get caught up on Kofi work even if it means taking a shortcut (making nicer headshots/busts for everyone instead of quick stickers to make up the wait 😭😭😭)!!!!!!!! 050
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 09/01/2025Homesick and upset. Like what do you mean the Hollywood hills are in flames right now. What do you mean Pali high, one of the schools I visited for pep band and robotics, caught on fire. It fucking sucks to be so far from home and unable to do anything 010
Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 04/12/2024Gorillaz has been my # 1 every single year until this year, that’s crazy. Jhariah sweep for all the top songs too oh my god 020

Jowee 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈 @joey.rainyr.am · 30/05/2024I gotta post my food on here more- It’s helpful in terms of accountability to make things instead of going out 🥹 Made one of my fave summer lunches growing up. I’ve been using kewpie mayo a lot recently and it makes a big difference in taste! 110
