Tim O'Connor's joke on stage tonight... I've got an oasis keyring, don't judge me it can't all be Yo La Tengo & Hip-Hop, sometimes all you want is fast food 🤣

That new M83 album has floored me a bit, he's gone back to his more Post-rock / Ambient roots and it's 🤯 Properly layered expansive sound 🥹

Unfortunately Sink or Swim and Fargo Promotions show with Karl Phillips has had to be cancelled It's 100% due to unforeseen circumstances and those unforeseen circumstances are extremely low sales, so low in fact we wouldn't have been able to afford the cost of a sound engineer!

This afternoon's listening comes courtesy of "The Age of Consent" and "Hunting High and Low" - Never listened to either album before, have heard the singles! Two solid albums, that I think are firmly routed in the 80s, but a "fun" listen - Can see how revolutionary Bronski Beat would have been 👍

I had so many recommendations I couldn't keep up, but then again this is an ongoing project... So far I have done all 6 albums "The Jam" albums and now onto customer suggestion of Adam Any "Dirk Wears White Sox" Never listened to any of the 3 Adam Ant albums and now is the time to put that right!
