I love and loathe Tomb Raider in equal measure. On the one hand, a genuinely impressive go at exploratory 3D platforming. On the other, a game with a confused identity that betrays what the name "Tomb Raider" would have you believe. And the tank controls made me want to drink paint. Another month!

oh for sure, but GTA has still dablled in active political parody. this reads as if "oh we don't want to really touch it with a ten foot barge pole" which, for how big of a game it is, and how much they're gunning for hyper-realism, reads as a weird thing to suddenly reserve themselves on lol
