Yep. That's a rattlesnake. And yep, it freaked me out. And that was the first of three on our first ever New Mexico hike. Two of the three gave us rattles which is a sound that will grab your attention real quick. Needless to say, we didn't finish the hike. Safe, and an incredible experience ❤️
