Peter Thiel praises evil. Peter Thiel hates democracy. Peter Thiel founded Palantir. Peter Thiel owns JD Vance. Peter Thiel is the most powerful billionaire in the United States. Peter Thiel can’t stop talking about the “Antichrist.” Find out why. Read “The Nerd Reich”

Perfect with photos of teal and Judy Vance. Quote from Peter Teal if you’re evil, you’re actually kind of good because at least you’re getting something done.

The demand matches the significance this book has to many people, Gil. We’ve all sensed the malevolence but you have filled in so many dots for us. I genuinely believe it is a text that historians will use to explain these times, in the future.

This was so fun to tape. And it was the first real performance of any of the songs from The New World.

Had quite a chuckle at how @oldindiekid.bsky.social ‘s interview with @blokeacola.bsky.social was not just Blokeacola but also his self deprecating internal monologue as well.

You really should read ‘Nerd Reich’ by @gilduran.com to understand what the AI race is *really* all about. It’s deeply worrying what the Theil+co endgame is.

If you had a trillion dollars (a 1000 billion) and were getting 3% annual interest, you would be earning around $57,000 every minute, in interest. $3.4m every hour $82.2m per day $30 billion per year Tesla paid $0 in U.S. federal income tax in 2025 on $5.7 billion of U.S. income 🤔

It’s not a panacea to your existential dread, but armed with the knowledge, you can at least be more aware of their ambition. Hopefully the kinder politicians will read it too. You might even be given the opportunity to recommend it to one of them one day….

Happy 5th Birthday for my album “Existential Dreadlocks” My favourite song is ‘Fires’ which I recorded with 4 E-Bow tracks that for me portrayed the chaos we were witnessing with wildfires in California. The outro: my proudest moment of the album. joeadhemar.bandcamp.com/album/existe...

This tech oligarchy, that constructs this false ‘education’ believe we head towards dystopia but they believe the only solution is Malthusian. It is our mistake to have accepted a socioeconomic normality that allows the most sociopathic to thrive.

I think we underestimate the entrepreneurial zeal that these voices believe they possess. With an algorithmic nose-ring that pulls the masses towards their chosen confirmation bias. Yet we know they are being diverted from the truth by the ‘Nerd Reich’ as @gilduran.com calls them. (1)

I feel sorry for all those Alans who always liked to be called ‘Al’ because when i read their name now, I am wondering if they are just some artificially intelligent thing with a surname. Like…Al Pacino just sounds like a kitchen utensil that has 6 fingers. Don’t even mention Al Gore.

100%. I always have 20 or so ‘I’ll come back to that’ tracks lurking on my hard drive for the days where the inspiration is found wanting…. There’s always some element in a crap song that can be repurposed for a brand new journey.

I found this guitar orientated retrospective mixtape by Danny particularly resonant. There was a certain style to the guitar tone/playing at that time and mix engineers seemed to insist on putting a trebley top line guitar over everything. Still sounds great but the era had a ‘sound’.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful

I really wished EVERYONE who regularly idolises Prince had a read of Sinèad O’Connor’s autobiography. Their paths crossed obviously with her first big hit. He, according to her, was a very very creepy man. There is a whole chapter detailing why she described him this way. Bill Cosby Epstein creepy!
