RFK Jr. fired all of the legitimate scientific experts on the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices and replaced them with unqualified political appointees. A judge just ruled that the new members were not appropriately appointed, so ACIP cannot meet this week to spread more misinformation.

Turns out, based on the blood tests, I have no immunity whatsoever to measles. So I’ll need another MMR as soon as possible. I did not have that on my BINGO card for March. I’d rather find out this way. You might want to get your titers checked depending on various internal and external factors.

Helpful primer on insurance industry, particularly medications. Do your research. You can often find less expensive meds without using insurance. Not just Cost Plus Drugs. GoodRX, Costco plans, etc.
