Batman and Robin #8 thoughts: *Quite interesting to see Batman and Robin split up and be on their own adventures. *Joshua Williamson is taking too long to reveal the identity of Shush. *Not familiar with Flatline, but her connection reminds me of Batcat, haha. #comics #dccomics

The action sequences in Daredevil #25 were outstanding. Not only is the central fight scene amazingly well choreographed, but there are so many panels were you cannot anticipate if Matt will win against this mysterious villain. #comicsky #marvelcomics

Daredevil (2011) issue #25 thoughts: What happens to the Man without Fear becomes fearful? well we certaintly find out in this issue along with this mysterious villain who has been targeting Matt. This new villain literally challenges in him in new ways and alot more terrifying too. #comicsky

Daredevil #24 thoughts: *Daredevil #24 is a slam dunk in terms of story progression, character work and pacing. *I love the teamwork with Matt Murdock & Hank Pym and its sucks science and tech can only go so far even its to help Foggy currently. *As the mystery villain I am intrigued. #comicsky

Oh man, I love Kirsten McDuffie in Mark Waid's Daredevil Run. Its really nice to see Kirsten take charge after she learns who Daredevil is. It does suck they broke up, but considering the optics and how famous Daredevil is, its the most logical solution. #comicsky #marvelcomics

This is my favorite panel in Daredevil (2011) issue #23 since this scene in particular shows us why it was a good thing for Foggy to learn about Matt's secret life as Daredevil. #comicsky

Daredevil #23 thoughts: This issue is very shocking to read. I really liked how Matt and Foggy try to mend their friendship, as see Matt make an effort to check up on Foggy at various times before he goes to his doctors appointment. Even the final scene is so heartbreaking. #comicsky #marvel

I did not know that Wonder Woman had brothers. On the left its Jason who is the long-lost twin brother and then on the right Hercules is her paternal half-brother. (I am currently reading Jason Robinson's rebirth run and this is quite surprising since Diana has been forged through Clay) #comicsky

Okay this was a solid start to James Robinson's run on Wonder Woman. Issue #31 provided a straightforward, easy-to-follow narrative with clear stakes and a return to a more traditional superhero storytelling structure after prior arcs. #comicsky #dccomics

I am not sure how to feel about New Titans #39, but I do like that Tate Brombal is somewhat tackling into delving deeper into Yara Flor as a character and her origins. Also its strange that almost 8 issues in these titans do not feel like a team. #comicsky #dccomics

X-Men (2024) #30 thoughts: This was a decent issue and its about time we finally see more Magneto in this X-Men run and also Beast was the MVP of this Danger Room Arc. At best this arc should've been 2 -3 issues and not 6. I get editorial to make arcs solely for one volume, but it was not necessary.

Quetin and Idie are blowing off the handle way too much in X-Men (2024) issue #29. I get they are upset to what happend to Blob, but they are approaching questioning the towns folks in bad way since it will backfire on the X-Men later on.

Nuclear Man had great writing until we reach issue of 5 of Captain Marvel (2019) since he basically served as representation of the misogynistic attitudes held by many, without allowing the over the top super villainy to lessen the impact of the characters attitude.

Captain Marvel (2019 #5 thoughts: This arc wrapped up in a satisfying way. With Rogues inclusion in this story, Carol can somewhat move forward ever since Rogue took her powers from her and thank goodness they are not friends. I am curious to see what is next for Captain Marvel going forward.

Captain Marvel (2019) #4 thoughts: *Loved we got more on how Carol feels about Rogue and seeing they really friends as they just tolerate each other. *Kelly Thompson uses Carol’s past to build tension between a longstanding conflict and reflect it in each character’s actions magnificently well.

Daredevil (2011) #21 thoughts: This first half of this issue provides a satisfying and very well-illustrated end to the Coyote arc, with just the right number of plot threads lingering, but the seconf half really turns things up since we finally see how Foggy felt about Matt.

The only weirdest part of this issue to me was seeing Rogue also being trapped in this dimension too. I am not the biggest of Rogue when she took Carols powers all those years ago and to see them as enemies being played out is strange again. #comicsky #marvel #comics

Captain Marvel (2019) #3 thoughts: Kelly Thompson's writing is suited for Captain Marvel and gives new readers a different perspective on her character. I am taking a liking with the Mad Max Fury world setting since Carol has to take steps to be the leader and to save those in this weird dimension.

The fall-out of Foggy's indiscretion is bound to be bad news for Matt in the near future, but here Waid makes an interesting turn of events of putting Matt on a collision course with the nearest psych ward, we see Kirsten pitted against her overtly sexist superiors. #comicsky #marvelcomics

Favorite part of Daredevil #19 was seeing Matt ask for help from Hank Pym since no normal doctor would be able to assist him from his recent troubles since he has been having illusions as of late. With the help of Hank Pym, Matt was able to figure out what is going on. #comicsky #marvel

Green Lantern (2005) #2 thoughts: *Its funny some Green Lantern fans say GL stories cannot be grounded and yet this first arc is very much grounded and facing villains like the Manhunters. *Loved the exploration of Hal's personality, showing his stubborn and fearless nature. #comicsky #dccomics

Captain Marvel (2019) issue 2 thoughts: Did not expect the Mad Max vibes in the second issue of Captain Marvels run, but I did not mind the shift in tone, the gritty wasteland redesign, and Carol's team-ups with characters like Hazmat, Echo, and Spider-Woman. Not a fan of Makhizmo at all.

I do like the opposite nature between Dominic and Daredevil. While Matt strongly believes in a higher power, Dominic does not as he needs find a rational reason of why things the way they are. In doing so, it will some how cost him later on since he encounters Omen. #comicsky #marvelcomics

Daredevil #4 thoughts: I was really caught off guard with how this issue ended. Omen is a creepy villian. The eye-taking thing is dark as hell The evil tech-bro violating everyone's privacy and rights for his own ends is a little on the nose, but Daredevil comics do not shy away from politics

Mark Waid has surprised me with how he has written Foggy and Matt in Daredevil #17 as we can see how much Foggy cares about Matt and really knows him. This makes the loss of the relationship, for now at least, all the more tragic. Not a fan of the art by Mike Allred #comicsky #comics #marvel
