Three years. I started this poem the day after. Two opposing sides – the indifferent vs the suffering – as it goes on & on. It was shortlisted for the Aesthetica Award, later published by @thelondonmagazine.bsky.social thelondonmagazine.org/poetry-three... Three years… 'But nothing ever changes.'
