I can't even begin to tell you how much my mental health has improved after 1 week in Portugal. I hear birds again (doves!). I have seen the sun more than the last 4 months in the UK. I am eating decent food. I'm taking the dog for walks on NOT mud. The streets have colour to them.

I think it’s very clear now that Trump & Musk want to aggressively divide, dominate and rule the Western world, rather than work with anyone respectfully of sovereignty. From Canada to UK, Germany and Greenland/Denmark, the rest of the West need to pull together to resist.

I love reading about the male loneliness epidemic. Women have been lonely for a long time (spinster, cat ladies, etc) but suddenly men are not getting partners (wonder why?) and they are throwing their toys out of the pram? I don't know man, read a book, get a cat, like women do. Deal with it.
