Agreed, as a small business, my payroll is contracted out. Recently, a ‘new starter form’ asked ‘sex as recorded at birth’ !? I told them that this question was irrelevant and offended company policy and equality They agreed, it has been removed. But the guidance leaves business completely exposed

businesses, never increase cost, especially in low cost/ high density gym layouts. Single sex spaces means reducing square footage of profitable inclusive areas. So I think the roll out of this might prove operationally difficult to implement. In existing locations!

Yes they are aware! I am cynical and scared by the political enablers, because I’m not sure whether they agree or not, is even a consideration. Their primary concern seems to be obtaining power, self promotion and fundraising. Their behaviour is utterly immoral in my opinion.
