Grzadzinski et al. compared cognition, behavior and brain anatomy in children with #Down, #autism and controls. Those with #Down had lower cognitive but similar adaptive skills compared to the #autism group. The latter correlated with cerebellum volume in the #Down group only. tinyurl.com/muzp493f
