Loyalty oath. That’s what he wants from judges. He implied that Supreme Court decisions that went against him, surprised him. It’s not what he felt would happen based upon conversations in the vetting process. Federal judges instructed too. It will take several generations to undo if it can be.

Judge Morris will suffer no fools in getting to the crux of the issues. Expect thoroughness, extreme competence and intellectual fairness as he applies the law, not dogma or political doctrines to the facts. He would be a gift to this country as a member of the Supreme Court.
